Ordered some name tags with the company. The process for ordering name tags for multiple individuals was very quick and simple. The company got back to me straight away (I was able to speak to team member on the phone - so nice to be working with a company where all the work happens in Australia) with a proof and then shipped out the name tags the next day. Very happy with the quality and the options. Will definitely use again in the future.

I had an engraved stainless steel sign made. The quality is excellent. The lettering and my logo are all crisp. Service was great and the pricing very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Purchased safety Frost from Signs Plus as an overnight Rush Job.
Supplied Cut File and all relevant information, used very little material, was charged Excessively.

Everything was supplied in order, but excessive pricing has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Hi NathanWe’re sorry that you feel disappointed with your purchase. We always do our best to clearly communicate prices to all our customers upfront as possible. The majority of our products are custom made. The prices are determined by the material cost and labour. In this case custom cut Avery etch mark. We only use quality materials for all our products.Your work was performed in a rush as you requested. Our staff member that took your job focussed on this and getting it done as quickly as possible. A price was not given up front. We are reviewing our systems to make sure this doesn’t happen in the future.

Yes, we ship Australia-wide, including Melbourne and all regional and metro areas.
Can I see a proof of my sign before it’s made?
Absolutely. We provide digital proofs so you can check the design, colours, and size before production.
We don’t have a high-quality version of our school logo, can you fix this?
Yes. Our design team can redraw or recreate your logo. If the artwork is very complex, a design fee may apply.
We don’t have a design for our signage yet, can you help?
Yes. We can create a custom design for you and send artwork for approval.
What sizes and shapes are available?
All signs are made to order. We can produce almost any size or shape to suit your space, whether it’s a large entrance sign, a car park panel, or small office door signage.
How long will my signs last?
Our outdoors signs are made with durable substrates, UV-stable inks, and protective laminates to withstand Australian weather. With proper care, they last many years outdoors.
Do you offer installation?
We supply signs ready to install, with fixings or mounting options. In some areas we can recommend trusted installers, or your maintenance team can easily fit them.
What is the turnaround time?
Once you approve your design proof, standard production is usually 2–3 weeks plus delivery time. Larger or custom projects may take a little longer.
Can I order multiple types of signage in one go?
Yes, we can supply everything from entrance signs and honour boards to wayfinding and safety signage in a single order.
