Wooden name badges are available in custom shapes and sizes and bespoke designs. Perfect for your hipster café, bohemian clothing store or hotel. All our personalised wooden name badges come with a magnetic clip to make it easily attach to your jacket, apron or sweater.

All wooden name badges are created in house with our own specialist laser engraving machines.

Just e-mail us your logo and a list of the names for the wooden name tags, each name needs to be on a separate line, if a second or third line of text is required (eg. position, department etc.) keep this information on the same line as the name and separated from the name with a "tab". Please include any information on the colours and layout required. Note: not all logos are suitable for wooden badges, we will advise once we receive your logo.

Discounts for bulk orders are available and we have no minimum order quantity. Note: please contact us for pricing on wooden name badges larger than 80mm x 30mm. Our standard size is 75mm x 25mm. No charge for basic setup providing suitable artwork supplied

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you charge extra for designing a name badge?
In most cases, no. As long as any Logo, Crest, Picture or Emblem can be supplied to us, we will generally not charge for setup. We will of course notify you beforehand if a particularly complex request would be charged, and why.
Layout, text and font changes, additional (different) layouts, and many other options are covered in the free basic design we offer for these name badges.
Can I see a proof/preview of what the name badge will look like before it is made and sent?
Yes, you can. It is our standard practice to send proofs of any design changes (including new designs).
Do you know whether the wood is sustainably sourced?
I have done some digging into this, and here’s what I’ve found.

“obtained statements by the suppliers of each article that all harvesting was
done legally and confirm to European regulations.
Suppliers do confirm no harvesting was done in areas where armed conflicts occur.”

“The articles are not made of or contain wood of endangered wood species,”

“Veneered wood consists of a formaldehyde-free fibreboard core with real wood veneer on both sides is sanded and oild”

After more research on this particular tree, it is fast growing.

Although nothing is ever 100% sustainable. I would argue that this product is more sustainable than conventional name badges.

In production, we also have protocols in place to minimise any material wastage.

I have ordered our badges once before, what do I have to do to get it on the same layout/template?
All we need is the order form in this case, as once it is filled out we have all the information required. We will use the template that your company, school, council or personal file specifies, and change the details (Name, title etc.) as required.
I haven’t ordered for years, would you still have my design/template?
Yes, we will have it on file, as we keep every order we do as a matter of record.
We need the order by a certain date for an event, how can we hurry this order along?
If you can include the date the order is required by in the email itself, we can expedite the order as much as possible, generally by moving it to the front of the print order and express posting it as soon as possible.
Do you have tracking information for my order?
If an order has been sent by express post, (the order is urgent or over $100.00 in value) we can supply the tracking number upon request.
Can you provide proofs/previews of a layout before ordering?
Yes, we provide proofs for approval upon request, and we will not proceed with an order until it is approved. Please note, any delays in approval will also delay the order being processed.
