Frequently Asked Questions

I have a picture we took, can we use this or do we need a proper passport photo?
We can use and print any picture you can supply and do not require a set layout in the photo, although higher quality photos are recommended.
My workplace has security coded blank cards, can you print with these with your equipment?
This will greatly depend on the blank ID cards in question; some of our current clients do this, and others do not. Please give us a call on (03) 5033 1124 to talk to one of our staff about whether we can accommodate your needs.
If I want you to change a picture I send, would that be an additional cost?
Depending on the changes there may be, yes. Very basic changes such as brightening an image, or cropping/cutting the image to fit particular shapes or styles are usually fine, but more complex changes may be charged an hourly fee (quoted before any work is commenced). Please note some requests are outside of our expertise and may be refused.
Can you print me a new Drivers License (Or equivalent other Identification such as Keypass) or change it to suit my new hair/makeup/moustache?
No, we cannot do this due to legal reasons, please see the authorised body that supplied the original identification if you want to request any changes.
Can you put QR Codes or Barcodes to help link our business/enterprise on the cards?
Yes, ID Tags and cards can be perfect to advertise an event or link information as required.
Can you print this ID card that I designed?
Yes, as long as it does not: infringe, imitate or violate any legal, copyrighted, protected or trademarked designs, intellectual property, licensing organisations or other legal entities.
Please note, we can often redesign/change artwork to avoid these issues if requested.

How to order

Simply email us all the names and details required on each ID Card. Make sure to include your logo and any branding requirements. If you have your own design, please use our template if possible.
Your photos should be sent as an attachment. If the files are large, please upload to a google drive or wetransfer.

Name your photo ID card photo as the name of the person.
Please name each photo with the name of the person and their job title if required. For example, "Jane Smith - Area Manager.jpg"
