Web Site Usage
Signs Plus may record information about how people access our web site. This information includes your IP address (or the DNS name associated with it) and what web software you're using. Unless your IP address or its DNS name identifies you specifically, there's no way to use this connection information to identify a specific user.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. Refunds Policy, Dispatch & Deliveries Policy
All refunds are handled on an individual basis as most of our products are custom made. Normally if the mistake is ours, we will replace, repair or refund depending on the circumstances. If the mistake is yours, e.g. incorrect phone number or other information supplied, finding a mistake or changes required after approving a proof we will attempt to come to an equitable agreement, if we cannot come to an agreement you will be liable the full costs.
Non-custom items that we normally stock may be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Some items will incur a restocking fee. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are normally non-refundable.
A tax invoice is issued for all Australian purchases and all Australian prices include GST. To cover export costs the prices on this site are to be considered by purchasers outside Australia as the full price. No customers outside Australia are charged GST.
Signs Plus may at times survey our web site users. In all cases, participation will be voluntary. If a survey asks for personal information, answering those questions will be optional.
Google Demographics is enabled on this site. Signs Plus will not identify users or facilitate the merging of personally identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information collected through any Google advertising product or feature. You may opt out of this Google feature here.
Signs Plus Privacy Statement
Signs Plus takes online privacy very seriously. We protect the privacy of our web site users and customers. Signs Plus holds customer details in confidence, and will not disclose specific customer information under any circumstances unless required by law. Our customer database can only be accessed by authorised staff of Signs Plus.
Aggregate information about Signs Plus customers (such as the total number of customers) may be used to promote Signs Plus, or disclosed to sponsors or advertisers.
Right to decline work
Signs Plus is a company based on Christian principles and as such reserves the right to decline certain work, examples would be; work for the sex industry, work that promotes gambling and work that contains anti-Christian messages.
All our staff have the right to reject work and customers if said work or customers cause too much stress. This may be related to doing work against their personal beliefs or if the customer has been abusive. None of our staff may be coerced into giving their reason or an explanation.
We highly value all our staff members and it is our goal to have a stress free and enjoyable work environment.
