Frequently Asked Questions

What format do you need the files in?
It is best to supply your Artwork in a Vector or AutoCAD format; such as .dxf, .eps, ai, .pdf, or .cdr
I have an idea, can I give you sketch with measurements?
Sure, it is usually not a problem to transform your design into a production ready design.
What type of laser is best for cutting through metal?
We use a 1.5kw Fiber Laser for Metal Cutting. Fiber Lasers can cut sheet metal faster and more efficiently than CO2 Lasers meaning lower overhead costs which we are able to pass onto our clients.
Can you cut other materials other than Stainless Steel?
Yes we can! Our 1.5kw Fiber Laser can Aluminium, Mild Steel, or even Brass; Further we also have a CO2 Laser on hand to cut various materials such as Acrylic, Wood, Polypropylene etc.
Could I get the Stainless Steel Colour Filled?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Colour Filled Stainless however we can provide them Metal Mark Engraved. Metal Mark Engraving is a Permanent High Contrast Marking Solution sprayed onto the Material which is then Fused into the surface of the Stainless Steel using a High-Powered CO2 Laser.
How large can I get the Stainless cut? Am I limited in size?
We currently have a maximum cutting size of 1190mm x 1190mm
