Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an artwork/design fee?
Yes, artwork is charged at $98/hour including GST. Usually, for these types of badges, you are looking at a minimum of 3 hours of design time. They are hand-drawn on the computer. There is usually a little bit of back and forth to get the design just right.
Can we have different colours within the same order?
Yes this is possible, additional design time may be needed to achieve the final design.
We don't use email, are you able to post us the final design in colour to check?
Yes this is ok, but the colour print we supply may not match the final badge.
Can you supply a smaller number of badges under the minimum order of 80?
Unfortunately not, due to the production process. An order quantity of at least 80 badges is required.
