How to order deluxe domed, flat badges, or engraved badges

New customer

Please email us an idea of the design you would like along with a name and title for us to use as an example.
Please see the artwork submission guide for more information.
To send us the badge details please download this form and email or email us the information like this; Example: Full Name Title

Existing Customer

Please fill out the details for your order with the names, titles and attachment choice using this form.
Then please attach the form and email to the badge department.
If you don't have excel please email the details on an email like below
Example: Full Name Title

Extra magnetic clips are available to purchase in a pack of 10 or more.

New Layout for an existing customer or new customer

Please send us the code and page number for the design style preferred from one of the name badge galleries or email us an example, see artwork submission guide page for more info.

How to use the excel file

How to order metal or enamel badges

For all custom metal badge enquiries please email the sales department, then your email will be directed to the correct person.
There is a minimum order of 25 badges for all custom metal badges.
No minimum order for student bar and logo bar badges or stock pendant badges with a round base.
Each custom metal badge order is priced individually and prices are subject to change.

There is a minimum order of 20 button badges and a minimum setup charge.

How Best to supply your logo?

Logos should be supplied in vector format (.eps, .ai or .pdf). If you cannot supply your logo in vector format, please supply a flat image at a high resolution if possible. We understand sometimes you do not have your logo on file and we can redraw it if need be. Depending on the complexity of the logo, a charge may be incurred. If you are looking to get your logo vectorised and on file we can create this for a fee.
