                How do I enter my artwork/layout details?
			 
		 Just email us the text required and any images or logos or complete artwork and we will get back to you. Our graphic designers can design a unique layout to suit your requirements.
			
			
                Can I see what my finished pull up banner will look like?
			 
		 Yes, we will send you a proof of the layout.
			
			
                Is there a charge for artwork?
			 
		 If the layout is basic text only or you can supply artwork in a suitable format there is no artwork charge. Alternatively, just email us your requirements, text, photographs logo graphics etc and we will get back to you with a price.
			
			
                What happens if there is a spelling mistake?
			 
		 We normally send a proof, so please check it for spelling mistakes and other errors. If you miss an error and approve the job, we will normally redo the work at a reduced cost.
			
			
                What format do you require artwork to be in?
			 
		 Normally a PDF file is fine. Photographs and bitmap images need to be at least 90dpi at full size. Artwork for pull up banners should have a 10mm bleed top and sides and a 100mm bleed at the bottom.
