You further acknowledge and agree that Signs Plus shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. You agree to indemnify Plus Creative Pty Ltd T/A Signs Plus and its directors, employees, officers, sub licensees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, costs and expenses including lawyers’ fees and court costs which arise out of or relate to your use of the Website and or Services and or products.
This indemnity will survive termination.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
You warrant that any personal and or registration information you provide to Signs Plus will always be accurate, correct and up to date.
By supplying Signs Plus with your address, email address and phone number, you may receive emails, newsletters, telephone calls or SMS updates from Signs Plus. If you do not wish to receive updates, please contact us.
Signs Plus may record information about how people access the web site. This information includes your IP address or the DNS name associated with it and the web software you are using. Unless your IP address or DNS name identifies you specifically, this information cannot be used to identify an individual user.
These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days notice prior to the new terms taking effect.
Continued use of the Service after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

Refunds are handled on an individual basis as most products are custom made. If an error is ours, we will replace, repair or refund depending on the circumstances.
If an error is due to information supplied by you, including errors identified after proof approval, we will attempt to reach an equitable agreement. If no agreement is reached, you are liable for the full costs.
Non custom stock items may be eligible for return if unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Returned items will be inspected and you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within the timeframe set by your card issuer.
Some items may incur a restocking fee. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non refundable.
A tax invoice is issued for all Australian purchases. Australian prices include GST.
Purchasers outside Australia are not charged GST. Prices shown are the full price inclusive of export costs.
Signs Plus may conduct surveys from time to time. Participation is voluntary. Providing personal information is optional.
Google Demographics is enabled on this site. Signs Plus does not identify users or merge personally identifiable information with non personally identifiable data collected through Google advertising products.
You may opt out via Google Ad Settings.
Signs Plus protects the privacy of web site users and customers. Customer information is held in confidence and disclosed only where required by law.
The customer database is accessible only to authorised staff.
Aggregate information may be used for promotional purposes or disclosed to sponsors or advertisers.
Signs Plus operates on Christian principles and reserves the right to decline certain work, including work related to the sex industry, gambling promotion, or anti Christian messaging.
Staff may reject work or customers where conduct or requirements cause excessive stress, conflict with personal beliefs, or involve abusive behaviour.
No staff member is required to provide justification.
The objective is to maintain a safe, respectful, and sustainable work environment.
